How long does it take to process an order?

If you place an order on a weekend, your order should be processed on average 2 - 5 business days. Please note this can take longer during sale or busy periods.

How do I cancel an order?

If you have a sudden change of mind about your purchase, please email us at itstarts@withonemustardseed.com within 24 hours of placing your order quoting your order number with your cancellation request. Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched we will not be able to cancel it or give you a refund.

Can I get a refund for my order?

Unfortunately we do not do refunds for any of the purchases made in our store. However In certain circumstances, we will allow for the exchange of a defective item. Kindly refer to our Exchange Policy here for more information.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order, and once it has been dispatched you will receive another email with your tracking information.

Does xhundredfold do Pre-Orders?

Yes, due to a limited production run for each production, xhundredfold offers buyers an opportunity to ensure they secure a product before it is sold out, via a pre-order. A pre-order requires the buyer to pay the full price of the item. Pre-orders are processed and fulfilled from the date of the official product release. Buyers must acknowledge that they understand that their orders are not processed from the date of purchase, but from the date of product release.

In the occasion that the number of pre-orders precedes the product stock, buyers who ordered earlier will take priority over those who have ordered later. As the seller, xhundredfold promises to uphold the priority of pre-orders, and to fulfil them upon commencement of product release.
