However in the event that you have incorrect or/and defective items shipped to you, we will be willing to replace your order for you. Any requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must return the damaged item unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will arrange for a replacement of the item free of charge, however you will not be reimbursed for any shipping costs associated with returning the damaged item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds of any purchases.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will only dispatch your exchanged item once we have received the original item.
